REFUND POLICY
1. General Provisions
1.1. This Refund Policy is an integral part of the Public Offer of Individual Entrepreneur “Generation Next Academy” and governs the procedure and conditions for refunds.
1.2. Refunds are carried out in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, banking acquiring requirements, and this Policy.

2. Grounds for Refund
2.1. The Client has the right to refuse services before their commencement.
2.2. Commencement of services means:
granting access to the online platform and/or educational materials;
adding the Client to closed groups and communities (including Telegram);
conducting the first offline session, workshop, or event.

3. Refund Procedure
3.1. In the event that the Client refuses the services before their commencement, the Service Provider shall refund the paid amount minus actually incurred expenses, including:
banking commissions;
payment system transaction fees;
administrative and organizational expenses.
3.2. If the Client refuses services after commencement, the refund is made proportionally to the unrendered portion of services.
3.3. If services have been rendered in full, no refund is provided.

4. Refund Request Procedure
4.1. The refund request must be submitted from the email address provided by the Client at the time of payment, for the purpose of payer identification. Refund requests must be sent in writing to:

4.2. The request must include:
Client’s full name;
contact details;
payment date;
name of the purchased service;
reason for refusal;
payment details (if required).

5. Review and Refund Timeframes
5.1. Refund requests are reviewed within 10 business days of receipt.
5.2. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after a decision is made, using the same payment method.
5.3. In the event of a refusal to refund, the Service Provider shall send the Client a written reasoned refusal specifying the grounds for such decision.


6. Final Provisions
6.1. This Refund Policy is publicly available on the Service Provider’s Website.
6.2. The Service Provider may amend this Policy unilaterally with publication of the updated version.
